Carl and Kathy Carl and Kathy Olson are in their 19th year of service with Tecate Mission International. The first 14 years were spent at the mission base and in the interior of Mexico in a variety of ministries, including the Theological Education by Extension ministry (TEE). For the past 5 years, the Lord has opened doors for them to minister to Latinos incarcerated in Wisconsin jails and prisons. This ministry has brought them much joy.
